Pool Safety Certificate Wacol

Wondering about pool inspection costs in Wacol? It's simple: $285 inc GST, all-inclusive. That gets you a full AS 1926.1-2007 and AS 1926.2-2007 barrier inspection, your Form 23 pool safety certificate (if compliant), a detailed written report highlighting any issues, and one free reinspection. No surprises.

A Form 23 pool safety certificate is Queensland's official document confirming that your swimming pool or spa barrier meets current safety standards. In Wacol, you need a valid Form 23 before selling or leasing any property with a regulated pool. The certificate is valid for one year (non-shared pools) or two years (shared pools). Once your Wacol pool passes the compliance inspection, I issue the certificate and register it on the Queensland pool safety register — you'll receive your copy immediately.

Your pool fence is the primary safety barrier protecting children and visitors. In Wacol, I inspect fencing height (minimum 1200mm), check all gaps are within tolerance, test gate self-closing from every position, verify latch operation, and ensure the 900mm non-climbable zone is free of climbable objects. Garden furniture, pot plants, retaining walls, and overhanging branches are among the most common NCZ issues I encounter in West & Southwest properties.

Don't let an expired or missing pool certificate hold up your plans. Book your Wacol pool inspection today — online or by calling 0494 567 402. I aim to get Wacol inspections booked within days, not weeks, and I'll have your certificate ready the same day if your pool passes. It's that simple.
