Pool Inspector G collects only the personal information necessary to provide our pool safety inspection services and issue invoices. This includes:

Your name
Property address
Mobile phone number

How We Use Your Information

Your personal information is used solely for:

Scheduling and conducting pool safety inspections
Issuing invoices and pool safety certificates
Communicating with you about your inspection
Submitting your details to the Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC) as required by law upon completion of a Form 23 (Pool Safety Certificate) or Form 36 (Nonconformity Notice)

What We Don't Do

We do not send newsletters or marketing emails
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties
We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes

Data Storage & Security

Your information is stored securely and retained only for as long as required for business and legal purposes, including compliance with Queensland pool safety legislation.
