Pool Safety Certificate Upper Mount Gravatt

Pool Inspector G charges a fixed $285 inc GST for residential pool inspections in Upper Mount Gravatt. That's everything included: barrier assessment, Form 23 certificate, written report, and a free reinspection if needed. The price is the same regardless of pool size, type, or location within Upper Mount Gravatt.

The Form 23 is the official pool safety certificate issued by QBCC licensed inspectors in Queensland. If you own a pool in Upper Mount Gravatt and need to sell or rent your property, a current Form 23 is mandatory. During your inspection, I assess every element of your pool barrier against AS 1926.1-2007 and AS 1926.2-2007. Pass the inspection and you'll walk away with your certificate — registered and ready to go. Certificates are valid for 1–2 years depending on pool type.

A major part of any pool safety inspection in Upper Mount Gravatt is the pool fence inspection. Your pool barrier — fencing, gates, and latches — must comply with Australian Standard AS 1926.1-2007 and AS 1926.2-2007. I check fence height, gap measurements, gate self-closing and self-latching mechanisms, and the non-climbable zone around the entire perimeter. Common issues I find in Upper Mount Gravatt include vegetation growing against fences, objects within the NCZ, worn hinges, and gaps beneath fencing. Most of these are quick fixes — and your inspection includes a free reinspection once they're sorted.
