Pool Safety Certificate Mount Gravatt East

Under Queensland law, every pool and spa in Mount Gravatt East must have a compliant safety barrier, verified by a licensed inspector. The Form 23 pool safety certificate is proof that your barrier meets the standard. It's required for property sales and leases. I issue certificates on the spot when your pool passes and register them directly with the Queensland pool safety register. Non-shared pool certificates last one year; shared pool certificates last two years.

The pool safety certificate cost in Mount Gravatt East is a flat $285 inc GST for a standard residential pool inspection. This covers your full barrier inspection, Form 23 certificate if compliant, detailed compliance report, and one free reinspection. No call-out fees, no hidden charges — just honest pricing.

Getting your Mount Gravatt East pool fence up to standard doesn't have to be stressful. My barrier compliance inspection covers every requirement: fence height and condition, gap widths (max 100mm), gate swing direction, self-closing and self-latching performance, NCZ clearance, and boundary fence arrangements. After the inspection, you'll receive a detailed report outlining any non-compliances with practical guidance on how to fix them. Once you've made the repairs, I'll come back for a free reinspection.

Queensland law requires all Mount Gravatt East properties with a pool or spa to hold a valid pool safety certificate. This applies whether you're a homeowner, landlord, or property manager. You need a current certificate when selling, when entering a new lease, when your previous certificate expires, after pool renovations, or when a council or body corporate requests proof of compliance.

Don't wait until settlement day to book your pool compliance inspection. Many Mount Gravatt East homeowners leave it too late and discover issues that delay the sale or lease. Book your swimming pool safety inspection early to allow time for any necessary repairs.
