Pool Safety Certificate MacGregor

At $285 inc GST, a pool safety inspection in MacGregor from Pool Inspector G is competitively priced without cutting corners. Every cent goes toward a thorough inspection — no shortcuts, no upselling. Your fee covers the inspection, certificate, report, and one free follow-up visit.

Think of the Form 23 as your pool's compliance passport. It's the document that proves your MacGregor swimming pool or spa has a safety barrier meeting all Queensland requirements. Without it, you can't legally complete a property sale or rental agreement involving a pool. After a successful inspection, I issue your Form 23 on the spot, register it with the state, and email you a copy. Validity is one year for private pools, two for shared.

Pool barriers in MacGregor must meet strict requirements under AS 1926.1-2007 and AS 1926.2-2007. During your pool fence inspection, I measure every gap, test every gate mechanism, and verify the non-climbable zone is clear. Older properties in MacGregor often have fencing that was compliant when installed but no longer meets current standards — things like changed latch heights or deteriorated materials. I'll identify exactly what needs attention and give you a clear path to compliance.
