Pool Safety Certificate Kholo

At $285 inc GST, a pool safety inspection in Kholo from Pool Inspector G is competitively priced without cutting corners. Every cent goes toward a thorough inspection — no shortcuts, no upselling. Your fee covers the inspection, certificate, report, and one free follow-up visit.

Think of the Form 23 as your pool's compliance passport. It's the document that proves your Kholo swimming pool or spa has a safety barrier meeting all Queensland requirements. Without it, you can't legally complete a property sale or rental agreement involving a pool. After a successful inspection, I issue your Form 23 on the spot, register it with the state, and email you a copy. Validity is one year for private pools, two for shared.

Pool barriers in Kholo must meet strict requirements under AS 1926.1-2007 and AS 1926.2-2007. During your pool fence inspection, I measure every gap, test every gate mechanism, and verify the non-climbable zone is clear. Older properties in Kholo often have fencing that was compliant when installed but no longer meets current standards — things like changed latch heights or deteriorated materials. I'll identify exactly what needs attention and give you a clear path to compliance.

Not sure if you need a pool inspection in Kholo? Here's a simple rule: if your property has a body of water deeper than 300mm — whether it's an in-ground pool, above-ground spa, or even a large pond — you need a compliant barrier and a valid certificate. Property sales, new leases, expired certificates, and new pool installations all trigger the requirement.

Don't wait until settlement day to book your pool compliance inspection. Many Kholo homeowners leave it too late and discover issues that delay the sale or lease. Book your swimming pool safety inspection early to allow time for any necessary repairs.
